About the Opportunity:\xe2\x88\x99 Job Title: Maintenance Technician\xe2\x88\x99 Pay: $27/Hour\xe2\x88\x99 Location: Edina/Minneapolis, MN\xe2\x88\x99 Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM, O/T is optional. On call every 6 weeks. The employee will need to be available for after-hours emergencies from Monday through the following Monday every six weeks. They will be called on their company cell phone.Daily functions: * Responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the properties, also perform repairs for apartment rentals.

• Perform tasks associated with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
• Pool maintenance and testing
• Prepare units to be move in ready.

Desired qualifications: * High school diploma or GED

• Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and Proof of Insurance
• Must own his or her tools.
• Trade school preferred
• CPO \xe2\x80\x93 Certified Pool Operator \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred
• Boiler License \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred

Physical requirements: * Lifting 50-60 lbs.

• Physical work, physically fit
• Must be able to carry tools in and out of buildings.
