Full Time
We are looking for a hard-working individual that wants to join our team at Kuilima Estates East. This position will support our site maintenance manager in routine maintenance of all common areas 168 units on 14 acres of property. This position requires a self-motivated person with strong work ethic. He/She must be able to politely and professionally communicate with association residents.
Maintenance staff performs various duties from swimming pool cleaning, balancing pool chemicals, basic carpentry, plumbing, sprinklers, irrigation, putting out rubbish bins for Wednesday & Saturday early morning pick up. Be able to drive a standard company truck & have a valid Hawaii Driver's License. Must be able to lift 25 to 50lbs.
Background screening & drug testing are mandatory.
Work Hours: Full Time 40 hours a week. Most holidays.
Full Medical & Dental.
Pay: $19.00 an hour....
Monday thru Friday 7:00am-3:00pm and possibly some weekends.
