We are a real estate services company committed to providing federal residential property inspection and maintenance services to our clients so they can meet federal regulatory compliance in the physical condition of their assets, allowing them to provide a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained living environment for their residents. We take pride in our excellence and seek dedicated maintenance technicians to join our mobile maintenance team. Established in 2005, we are a Georgia-based company serving clients throughout the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

We are looking for reliable and experienced maintenance persons to oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and substantial property damage repair (Doors, drywall, and fixtures). The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to perform tasks efficiently and independently. These temporary immediate-hire positions may lead to full-time and supervisory positions with great pay and benefits.

Pay:

$900.00

Plus:

Federal GSA Lodging rates and Per Diem (Around $886.00)

Key Responsibilities

:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliances.

- Maintain accurate records of completed work and inventory of supplies.

- Assist with apartment turnover, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.

- Collaborate with property management and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, home remodeling, or a related field.

- Knowledge of basic plumbing, drywall, and carpentry is a plus.

- Experience in residential painting is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be able to lift heavy weights, bend, stoop, reach overhead, work on knees, and climb ladders.
