Overview

Performs routine general and preventive maintenance of the condo complex buildings, equipment, and furniture. Refers and coordinates repairs to the interior and exterior of the tower and ancillary buildings. Maintains cleanliness and of all mechanical & electrical equipment rooms and facility. Maintains a daily log of all work performed: records work performed, time required, and other relevant data. Creates positive professional relationships with homeowners, residents and guests. Exudes genuine Aloha Spirit; caring, giving and positive energy.

Previous experience in hotel, condominium, and residential units preferred. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability in performing a wide range of maintenance skills including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, drywall, painting, and pool maintenance. Understanding of computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge in safety practices and sanitary procedures; proper lifting techniques; and rules, regulations, and procedures to properly dispose of hazardous fluids, bloodborne pathogens, and chemicals. Knowledge of single and 3-phase electrical wiring. Ability to read and write English at a level consistent with completing necessary forms and logs. Ability to speak conversational English.
