Gathers facts to assist in financial and operational analysis and trending, creating written and/or oral productivity and financial reports and presentations that include graphs and charts for the Assistant Administrators or designee(s) or department heads.
Presents simple analyses of data to Assistant Administrators or designee (s) or department heads.
Assists in maintaining productivity, key performance indicators and financial data on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, or as frequently as requested by the Assistant Administrators.
Maintains and amends regional reference data with regard to departmental square footage, changes that may occur throughout the year and the dates on which the changes occur.
Maintains utilities invoices and maintains spreadsheets and graphs showing consumption, production (if applicable) and associated costs.
Maintains and updates monthly indoor air quality reports and performance dashboards.
Plans and executes small to medium-scale projects aimed at enhancing operations, growth, and development of the organization, as directed by senior leadership.
Collaborates with service partners to achieve projects within required scope, budget and timelines as directed by senior leadership.

Satisfactory completion of all academic requirements for a Ph.D. degree as described above may be substituted for one and one-half (1-1/2) years of Specialized Experience.
