Tidewater is seeking the ideal candidate to join our Management Training Program in our Atlanta office. This entry-level position provides extensive training and support to ensure your professional success.
The role: As a member of the Management Training Program, you will work closely with our experienced sales and marketing teams to develop and execute innovative campaigns. You will learn how to generate leads, build relationships with clients, and ultimately drive sales. Additionally, you will receive the tools and knowledge necessary to start and grow your own business. Our program is designed to give you a comprehensive education in all areas of business operations. We encourage recent and upcoming graduates to apply.
As a candidate for this role, you\'ll have the opportunity to take on a range of responsibilities, including:
- Developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns
- Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends
- Generating leads and qualifying prospects
- Assisting in the creation of sales presentations and proposals
- Cross-training in all departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing)
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
