DescriptionThe Manager-Diagnostic Imaging manages the daily operations through close interaction with colleagues, staff, physicians, nursing personnel and medical offices. Responsible for development and implementation of on-site operations, which are integrated and consistent with the regional delivery system. On site responsibilities: Provides leadership, management and direction for all services within Diagnostic Imaging. Coordinates operational activities of the department to achieve goals and objectives. Serves as a catalyst and mentor for motivating productivity, innovation, high employee engagement and commitment to the organization. Develops, monitors and effectively regulates departmental budgets. • Bachelor\'s Degree Business, Healthcare Administration or Radiology. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Coursework/Training Graduate of an ACR Certified Radiologic Technology Training Program.
• Upon hire: Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board
• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Or
• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or
• Upon hire: National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
• 5 years Clinical experience working as a radiologic technologist, nuclear medicine technologist, or ultrasound technologist.
• 2 years In a supervisory capacity in a Radiology department.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Education in Hospital Administration and Human Resources Management.
