We can\'t wait to welcome you!The RoleReporting to the Senior Director, Financial Partnerships, this candidate will be part of a vital team, charged with expanding our current partnership footprint to create new revenue streams, build audience, and drive member engagement for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with existing partners, developing strategies for partnership growth and integration, overseeing partnership performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The Partnership Manager will operationalize new partnerships and will manage and optimize existing partnerships to drive incremental revenue to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the collaborations are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the company\'s objectives, ultimately driving mutual benefits for both parties.What you\'ll do

  • Work with Sr. Director, Financial Partnerships to develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships.
  • Manage collaboration with internal operational teams to complete onboarding and ensure a smooth partner implementation. Addresses partner inquiries and resolves concerns promptly and effectively ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across various departments including Loyalty/Marketing, IT, Operations to support partnership relationship initiatives and customer success efforts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, including go-to-market strategy, promotions, operations, and financial reporting.
  • Implement, manage and grow existing partnerships where Wyndham Reward members can both earn and redeem points.
  • Prioritize and develop strategies to optimize revenue growth for partners to cultivate a clear and focused plan to ensure revenue goals and KPI\'s by partner are met.
  • Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance.
  • Partner and support Senior Director, Financial Partnerships on delivering regular business reviews with partners.
  • Manage partner invoicing and accruals with the Finance/Analytics team.
  • Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, its franchisees, and its members.

  • Proven track record of optimizing and growing account/partner revenue.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation ability.
  • A strategic thinker who can work quickly and execute independently.

  • Highly organized project management experience with the ability to develop, articulate, and operationalize.
  • Deep curiosity, excellent listening skills, and the ability to get things done in a collaborative environment.
  • Appetite and enthusiasm to work as part of a team that is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and supporting each other.
  • Collaborative and curious mindset, open to exploring new ways of doing things.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and using data to drive decision-making.

Required Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of senior-level account/partner management with experience handling multiple high-tough relationships at one time.
