Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our dynamic dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role requires effective management of kitchen/bar and shift operations, ensuring high standards of food production and customer service in both casual and fine dining settings.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Oversee kitchen management, including food production, inventory control, and staff scheduling. Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining a positive work environment. Conduct interviews and training for new staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development. Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize efficiency during peak hours. Utilize POS systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and sales reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant. Collaborate with culinary staff to develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting guest expectations.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in casual or fine dining environments. Strong background in kitchen management and food production processes. Demonstrated ability to manage shifts effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems and their application in restaurant operations. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; a passion for food and service is essential.

Pay: $11.00 - $40.00 per hour
