You will start as a team member (In title, not pay/benefits!) and move up into a leadership positions (Title) as you gain experience. Some restaurants call them Team Leaders or Shift Leaders, others call them Assistant Managers. Some restaurants use the term General Manager, others use Director or Executive Director. *Salary range is based on 45-50 hour work weeks and includes the total benefit package-Insurance, 401K, Uniform Allowance, Leadership Development, Meals.
