Your Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding the VS & PINK brand strategies and supporting the global \xe2\x80\x9ctranslation\xe2\x80\x9d of all marketing programs such as but not limited to: Email, Social Media, PR, Loyalty, Customer Events, Digital, Influencers, etc. The Manager influences and collaborates with International partners to drive the Victoria\xe2\x80\x99s Secret business globally.

Your Impact

• Creative thinker who can guide the adaptation of key VS & PINK marketing activities, launches, local holidays and high traffic moments with respect to cultural differences while staying true to the brand
• Great communicator to share global learnings and inspire partners to build brand awareness locally
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Visual/Store Ops/MP&A) to drive 360 campaigns
• Understand customer and key business drivers within each region and influence the partner to optimize marketing opportunities
• Provide Int\xe2\x80\x99l partners with on-going brand marketing and campaign updates and ensure their understanding
• Utilize marketing channel experience to be a thought partner to Int\xe2\x80\x99l marketing teams
• Manage specific Int\xe2\x80\x99l partner relationships via weekly meetings, in-market visits and daily communication
• Build relationships across franchise partners to share ideas and best practices
• Leverage marketing hindsight from each region to drive continuous improvement
• Provide guidance on marketing budget to be utilized appropriately across the region
• Influence partner marketing organizational structure to support both the marketing fundaments as well as specific partner initiatives
• Drive and evolve the VSI Marketing on-boarding program to ensure its effectiveness
• Collaborate with VSI brand teams to influence seasonal marketing strategies that will drive the international business
• Leverage the Teach, Test, Trust model with each partner

Minimum Salary: $93,000.00
Maximum Salary: $126,525.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience across multiple marketing channels, preferably with International experience
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Will to be hands-on, and roll-up sleeves
• Acute sense of brand and customer intimacy
• Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-culturally and build strong relationships
• Positive, cooperative with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
• Flexible, innovative and creative \xe2\x80\x93 a problem solver who recognizes opportunities and quickly turns them into recommendations
• Organized and detail oriented
• Fast thinking and fast acting
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in marketing or related
