Position Summary...

What you\'ll do...

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the eDiscovery team at the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest retailer. As Manager of eDiscovery Quality Control, you will oversee the quality standards for non-custodial data collection and delivery, including adherence to the program\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures. This individual will also be responsible for proactively identifying potential risks and working with our business and technology partners to find solutions and enhance existing processes.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact by:

  • Investigating quality issues raised by our business/legal partners and auditing work product to help pinpoint quality risks; Developing and implementing remediation plans for quality issues identified.
  • Overseeing our training program, including managing QC for new hires, and supporting SOP development.
  • Driving continual process and program improvement initiatives through the proactive identification of potential risks, business needs, performance barriers, and new technologies.
  • Building strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; Working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives; Communicating with energy and positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action.
  • Balance a substantial workload with advanced soft skills such as time management, organization, communication, adaptability, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, leadership, work ethic, and self-awareness.
  • Promote and support company policies, missions, values, and standards of ethics and integrity throughout everything we do.

  • You have substantial eDiscovery experience and understand best practices of the discovery process
  • You demonstrate advanced knowledge of the litigation case lifecycle
  • You can identify and implement quality assurance and operational efficiencies in the context of eDiscovery processes
  • You possess exceptional judgment and the proven ability to understand and present significant matters in a concise, coherent manner to key stakeholders
  • You are comfortable building relationships, leveraging internal partnerships, and working collaboratively on a cross-functional team
  • You can manage multiple, competing priorities while still achieving results
  • You have successfully led through transformative change
  • You are process-minded and actively seek out opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness
