The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, execution and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns and events for our Governance and Communications team, with an emphasis on the Corporations segment. They will partner with business, account management and product to translate business priorities into marketing plans, strategies and events that generate leads, drive relationships and revenue. Additionally, they will navigate a highly matrixed work environment and coordinate with our in-house digital/creative talent and external agency partners to execute marketing plans on time and within budget. They will have excellent project management skills, with a detail-driven approach to planning and execution. This role works closely with, and in support of, the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Director of Marketing, Corporations, as well as with other marketers globally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designs integrated marketing campaigns, constantly optimizing the best mix of marketing channels (e.g. search, social, digital, email, events/webinars) to meet business and campaign objectives.
  • Builds unique understanding of the key audiences and sub-segments within Governance and Communications to improve effectiveness.
  • Executes compelling, integrated marketing programs and campaigns partnering with the wider marketing team and centers of excellence including Brand, Events, Digital, PR, Corporate Communications.
  • Ensures all campaigns and programs are well-planned, with clear project management deliverables and timelines, launching on time and on budget.
  • Measures campaign performance and optimize as campaigns unfold; recommend additional testing and deployment approaches based on campaign performance.
  • Supports lead generation campaigns in conjunction with the prospecting team to develop new sales pipeline opportunities.
  • Accurately tracks and reports expenses.
  • Keeps up to date with emerging trends in marketing, shareholder democracy and corporate governance.
  • Ability to lead team efforts while also working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (preferably with a concentration in marketing or strategy)
  • 5+ years of financial services or fintech marketing experience with an emphasis on leveraging different marketing tactics, such as SEM/Social, webinars/virtual events, to reach key buyers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written); able to convey complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative and matrixed environment.
  • Experience in campaign management, including idea generation, execution, tracking, measurement, and refinement.
  • Influencer with great interpersonal skills and proven ability to achieve alignment across a range of different views and interests.
  • Budget and expense management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Percolate, EveryoneSocial, On24, project management tools (e.g. Smartsheets) is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Located in NYC but can be located in other Broadridge locations; Willing to commute to NYC office 1-2x/week.
Salary range $105,000.00- $112,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
