Your Impact
As a Manager of Media on the Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading lower-funnel media channels and programs including paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the Victoria\xe2\x80\x99s Secret and PINK brands.
\xc2\xb7Lead planning, execution, and analysis of paid media programs and campaigns
\xc2\xb7Activate and optimize media plans supporting lower-funnel and performance marketing strategies
\xc2\xb7Manage multi-million-dollar budget and relationships with agencies, vendors, and publishers
\xc2\xb7Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop creative assets and launch into market
\xc2\xb7Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
\xc2\xb7Stay current on the latest marketing trends, identify new and emerging advertising opportunities, and influence innovation
\xc2\xb7Coach and manage a direct-report media analyst

Minimum Salary: $105,000.00
Maximum Salary: $143,325.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or related field
\xc2\xb75-7 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or retail organization
\xc2\xb7Experience in digital marketing, media planning, advertising or other related areas required
\xc2\xb7Outstanding analytical skills and experience in performance optimization
\xc2\xb7Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
\xc2\xb7Experience leading direct reports, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships
