Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly within quick service fast food restaurants, and possess excellent leadership skills to train and motivate staff. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to food safety standards.

Duties

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality. Train, mentor, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Oversee the operation of the kitchen and bar areas, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness. Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing transactions, and generating reports. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or food service management. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in staff training and development within a quick service environment. Familiarity with kitchen operations and management is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, most have open availability, weekend is a must. A passion for providing outstanding customer service in the food industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
