:Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s). Works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum. Minimal supervision required.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they\'re invaluable. • Meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing, for:

• Hospital/Clinic.
• Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• TNCC, ENPC - TNCC and ENPC Instructor preferred (for Manager, Pediatric Trauma Program) upon hire.
• 3 years Professional nursing experience.
• 2 years Clinical experience in specific clinical area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing, for: Staffing Operations Nurse Manager:
• Master\'s Degree in Nursing, for:

• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Pediatric Emergency Department.
• Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit.
• Master\'s Degree For Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiac Services Education and Research.
• Specialty certification related to practice upon hire.
• Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National oncology certification (OCN), Maintains chemotherapy hospital-based certification every 2 years (for JACC Medical Oncology and Physicians Offices) upon hire.
• Supervisory/leadership experience.
