Description :SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF\xe2\x80\x99s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF\xe2\x80\x99s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four (4) years of professional Human Resources experience, recruitment, or improvement experience required; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Recruiter II at SCF.
- Two (2) years of supervisory/management experience which can be concurrent with the four (4) years of professional Human Resources, recruitment, or improvement experience.
- Professional human resources certification through Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), or ability to obtain certification within twelve (12) months of hire.
