Manager, Product Manager - Consumer Identity
We are looking for a Data consumption product manager to lead Consumer Identity\'s data insights platform and products, to build custom data features and experiences that humanize the creation and consumption of identity data and insights. The product manager will work closely with engineering teams to build and deliver identity data features, and drive adoption of identity data features and products across the enterprise to enable real-time intelligent experiences at Capital One. In addition, this role will be responsible for improving the resiliency posture of the platform and constantly evaluating enterprise platforms to define the long term strategy for the consumer identity data insights platform.
In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas

You\xe2\x80\x99ll understand and leverage technology and end-state architecture vision to partner with technology team to drive comprehensive design decisions out of white space technical problems
You\xe2\x80\x99ll share business strategy and roadmap with Tech partners to establish context while also leading and facilitating agile ceremonies alongside Tech Lead

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
2+ years of experience in Agile product management
