Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Manager, PRS Operations (Level K) who will be responsible for leading the PRS team and providing the functional support in Van Nuys, CA.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Van Nuys, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.

Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a \xe2\x80\x9cUS Person\xe2\x80\x9d as defined by 22 C.F.R. \xc2\xa7 120.15 is required. \xe2\x80\x9cUS Person\xe2\x80\x9d includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Minimum 5 years of leadership (direct report) experience

Minimum 3 years of Part 145 Repair Station or Equivalent Experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor\'s degree or higher

Prefer 7+ years of leadership (direct report) experience

Prefer 5+ years of Part 145 Repair Station or Equivalent Experience

Relocation:
