Job Description


:We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager - Strategy Financial Planning & Analysis to become a part of our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The person in this role will be instrumental in managing analytical projects, providing strategic financial insights, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.Responsibilities:

  • Administering and distributing various analytical financial reports to management
  • Managing relationships within the organization to comprehend analytical needs
  • Independently transforming key financial and operating data into strategic and value-added recommendations
  • Executing reports and querying data from various systems as requested for the department
  • Overseeing and automating key analytical reports for the property operating departments
  • Managing projects and team members within the Financial Planning & Analysis team
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses including gaming performance reviews, special event analyses, hotel operational analyses, and financial modeling
  • Focusing on supporting an individual operating area while providing cross-functional support as needed
  • Developing staff skills to enhance department effectiveness and managing resources to eliminate excess cost or unnecessary expenditures
  • Monitoring team performance in all phases of service and job functions and rectifying deficiencies.
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution, preferably within the fields of finance, hospitality, accounting, or information technology; or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to work with others, give direction, review the work of others, and provide guidance and counsel when needed to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Must possess the ability to maintain quality, accurate work with a passion for details during very busy times and work unsupervised on assigned tasks and projects.
  • Ability to be flexible and multi-tasked with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to arrange timeline to independently complete tasks and department assignments or projects, and meet the deadlines related to those assignments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
