: Managing Director - Vacation Rental & Property Management, Siesta Key & Sarasota

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our vacation rental and property management startup operations in Siesta Key & Sarasota leveraging our turn-key system and technology for instant results and success. This key individual will be responsible for driving sales, client acquisition, client relationships and retention, developing a local support team, and overseeing all operational aspects of our vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market, with a proven track record in real estate sales with property management or vacation rental management experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Drive new client and property acquisition strategies to expand our portfolio. Develop and implement client retention programs to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Provide exceptional service to enhance owner and guest experiences.

Operational Oversight:

Manage all on-the-ground operations, including property inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and logistics. Ensure properties are in compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Team Management:

Oversee a team of operational staff and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Provide training and support to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.

Performance Management:

Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies for revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience in the Siesta Key & Sarasota market. Proven experience in property management and/or vacation rental operations is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Calm demeanor under pressure and ability to manage through tough guest and client situations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leading and growing a business.
