About the Opportunity:xe2x88x99 Job Title: Manual 12-Ton Di-Acro Setup Operatorxe2x88x99 Pay: $18/Hourxe2x88x99 Location: Mendota Heights, MNxe2x88x99 Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 6AM-3PM and Fri 6AM-12PM.Daily functions: * Set up and prepare manual 12-ton Di-Acro press brake for production runs.

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine proper setup and bending sequences.
• Select and install appropriate tooling and dies for each job.
• Program machine settings include bend angles, back gauge positions, and tonnage requirements.
• Safely operate the press brake to bend, shape, and form sheet metal parts to precise measurements.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Desired qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience as a Setup Operator in sheet metal manufacturing.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Ability to accurately measure and inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to machine operation.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Physical requirements: * Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

• Frequently is required to stand and walk.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally life and/or move up to 100+pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus regularly.
