PAY: $23-28/hr DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE!

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Multi Spindle Industrial Radial Arm Drill Press.
Utilizing blueprints provided by engineers for placement, drill bores, counter bores, and other holes needed.
Performs close tolerance measurements utilizing measuring devices such as gauge pins, micrometer, calipers, or other related equipment.
Regularly tests, oils, and cleans all equipment, tools, and machines to ensure they are arranged and set properly and working efficiently.
Work with team to ensure projects are finished precisely and in a timely manner.

Competencies

Proficient with measuring instruments such as tape measures, micrometers, rulers, scribes, and geometric dimensions and tolerances.
Knowledge/experience with Pro E, Work NC and Power Mill by Autodesk or related CAD/CAM software
Proficient with a range of cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures used in CNC machining as well as knowledge of various materials and their properties.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision throughout the machining process.
Good communication with the ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with engineers, mold makers, and other staff.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
