Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer
Location: Keokuk, IA
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will work to improve processes by leading the operations team to optimize production throughput, product quality, conversion, and reliability of supply. This role will also manage and execute multiple continuous improvement projects from conception to implementation.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage and execute multiple process continuous improvement and problem-solving projects from conception to successful implementation
- Lead and/or participate in project initiatives to improve the safety, quality, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of plant operations
- Provide operational and technical support to operations and processes
- Coordinate and supervise project implementation, control project costs, and monitor the progress and quality of the projects.
- Train operations personnel on new and/or revised equipment and process operations

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing/process engineer role
