Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and multi-skilled Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality operation by providing exceptional service and support to team members and guests. This position requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities that include maintaining equipment, assisting customers, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Duties

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility. Operate heavy machinery to launch and haul customer's vessels including operating vessels to stage for customers valet launch/haul services. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance including tractors, trailers, vessels, and more. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Assisting RV resort guests to their reservation spaces, turning on power and water and cutting them off upon departure. Maintaining property grounds as needed. Assisting guests with refueling vessels. Instructing boat rental customers on safety and operation of rental boats.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly related to tractors, trailers, and watercraft operations and maintenance. Experience with facilities maintenance and repairs. Welding experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 55 per week
