Happy Harbor Marina is a family owned and operated marina in Orange Beach in business since 2007. We are the largest watersports rental company in the area where we rent all different sorts of boats, jet skis, kayaks, etc. We also offer boat storage to a number of clients where we take care of and store their boats here on property. We have a very large store front on the water where we do all our rental procedures as well as a fully stocked gift shop and store. The position is watersports rental attendant in which you will be responsible for sending out the rentals, going over everything with the customer, cleaning all the water craft at the end of the day etc. For that we require boating experience and willingness to put in long days outside but for an overall fun job on the water! Age range for the position is 18-35 years old. Shifts are typically from 7:30am to 6-6:30pm and we are primarily looking for full time employees who can work 4-5 days a week, or part time employees who can work 2-3 days per week. We pay time and half overtime and tips are another big source of earning potential from the customers. Pay will depend on experience and availability.
