: Responsible for the oversight and management of Security Services for the Market facilities and locations. Directs assigned personnel and coordinates the activities of the Department of Security in order to provide effective security and safety services for the protection of our patients, staff, visitors, facilities and property.
Qualifications

Education: BS/ BA in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Healthcare Management, or another related field required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for BS/BA degree. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.

Experience: Seven (7) to ten (10) years general security, military or other public safety experience and a minimum of (5) five years of leadership experience required.

License/Certification: Must successfully complete Crisis Prevention Intervention within first 90 days of employment and bi-annually thereafter.

Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patient. Remains abreast and communicates current Homeland Security Issues and potential domestic and foreign threats to facilities security.
