Core Responsibilities
Conduct email marketing activities including content research and copywriting.
Assist with basic social media tasks such as content research and photography.
Support event management by helping the fun committee with organization, facilitation and printing flyers.
Perform copywriting and proofreading tasks across various marketing materials under supervision.
Maintain CRM data in Vantage Point.
Coordinate departmental activities within in the marketing team to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals.
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and managing documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of two years of marketing experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Bluebeam and Adobe.
Ability to perform work with supervision.
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
Physical Requirements
Required to stand, walk and sit.
This position may require a visit to projects sites occasionally.
The position requires a normal range of hearing.
The employee must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
Requires prolonged sitting with 15% of the time spent bending and reaching.
Must have manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
Noise levels are consistent with a standard office environment.
