We\'re on the lookout for a motivated Entry Level Marketing Assistant to contribute to our event-based campaigns in the local area. About the Role: The Entry Level Marketing Assistant is a crucial team member in our marketing and advertising department. Starting as an entry-level role with comprehensive training, you\'ll gain insights into basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Successful completion of the program opens the door to becoming a team lead in the marketing department, reporting to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily development and growth of assigned event campaigns
• Contribute to customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Develop strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Increase sales through retail promotional event campaigns
• Enhance brand awareness through local events and customized marketing strategies
• Interact and communicate effectively with customers
