The key functional responsibility of the Marketing Associate is to manage the first impression of the practice for all potential patients and guests. As the Marketing Associate, displaying the brand value and reputation is of highest importance.
As Marketing Associate, this position is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, conducting market research, gathering consumer behavior data from the database, reporting on marketing metrics, assisting in organizing promotional events, and coordinating with other teams to enhance our community involvement.
The associate will familiarize themselves with the practice's Marketing Strategy, in a way that is consistent with the practice's Core Values.
Marketing Associate Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
Assist with organizing promotional events
Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to approve ads and social media content
Create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)- As needed
Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Deploy market-specific solutions for common business challenges
Effectively communicate with the Marketing and Leadership Team
