The marketing coordinator will work closely with marketing, sales, operations, IT, and agency partners to drive forward our multi-year brand strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion as defined by KPIs.Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing:
  • Coordinate ongoing web enhancements including development new wireframes, updated landing pages, organize and share supporting assets
  • Digital project management including gathering and organizing necessary data upgrades required for site integrations including CRM integrations, shared inspiration and more
  • Execute ongoing website updates and maintenance and track progress
  • Coordinate creation of meaningful customer journeys and campaigns that drive customers through the lead pipeline
  • Partner with Social Media Managers and Brand Managers to engage customers online
  • Assist in SEO and SEM campaign support as needed
  • Brainstorm and identify opportunities to drive traffic to OldcastleAPG properties
  • Content & Brand Communications:
  • Capture and organize content that elevates and supports our total solutions story
  • Partner with Brand Managers to drive use of shared content to communicate our brand promise
  • Support PR and internal communications team with brand updates, completeing bios and fielding interview requests to internal partners
  • Work with sales and brand leads to drive training content and curriculum designed to more effectively leverage our solution selling capabilities with PPTs, videos, and internal updates
  • Brand Support & Reporting:
  • Maintain ownership of OldcastleAPG brand standards and monitor brand and completive voice
  • Share approved assets, logos, photography, and create templates, literature, and swag that support brand engagement and sales
  • Liaise with creative agencies, leveraging their expertise and ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and project objectives
  • Create and maintain a MARCOM calendar of events and activations for the APG brand
  • Create reports and presentations for KPI tracking, campaign updates and key initiatives and recommend key actions based on insights
  • Assist in various projects as needed, including competitive audits, market research, internal team communications, collateral design and production, digital asset management system maintenance, development of branded video content, scheduling and execution of photo shoots
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Journalism preferred
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated through clear, concise verbal and written communication
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond to requests and challenges quickly
  • Must be adaptable with ability and willingness to efficiently manage multiple priorities and demands that shift in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office products, especially PowerPoint
  • Travel up to 10%
