Compensation

- $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 (based on experience and education).

Weekday Schedule

- Work Monday through Friday with a consistent school-based schedule, no nights or weekends required.

Your Role as a Marketing Coordinator





As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of expanding our brand presence, managing events, and executing marketing initiatives to engage local communities, drive enrollment, and enhance outreach efforts in Connecticut (CT), Massachusetts (MA), and New York (NY).


Event Strategy & Execution

- Identify, plan, and coordinate networking, community, and business development events, securing event space, managing logistics, and maintaining a master marketing calendar.

Marketing & Social Media Management

- Develop and execute a content and social media strategy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms, creating region-specific content that engages and grows our audience.

Advertising & Digital Campaigns

- Support advertising efforts aligned with school and growth priorities, including lead generation strategies and campaign execution.

Content Marketing & Brand Support

- Work with internal subject matter experts to create engaging content, digital assets, and print materials in alignment with New Story's brand standards.

Ambassador Program Management

- Oversee the Ambassadors Program, scheduling representatives for events, attending as needed, and ensuring brand consistency.

Performance Reporting & ROI Analysis

- Track and report on the impact of marketing efforts, analyzing cost, engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI) monthly.

New Location Launch Support

- Execute and refine marketing launch plans for new school locations, identifying additional outreach opportunities and measuring effectiveness.

Compliance & Media Coordination

- Manage photo and video shoots, ensuring compliance with media release and student privacy guidelines (FERPA regulations).

Required Qualifications:




Education

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

- At least three years of hands-on experience in marketing, event coordination, or business development.

Social Media & Campaign Management

- Proven ability to manage and optimize content and campaigns for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Strong ability to work across all levels of the organization, engaging with C-Suite Executives, school leaders, and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with strategic goals.

Technical Proficiency

- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel, to streamline communication, organization, and project management.

Mobility & Adaptability

- Ability to travel locally for events and meetings, with occasional overnight travel as needed.

Preferred (Nice to Have) Qualifications:




Proficiency in Canva

- Ability to create print and digital assets that align with brand standards.

Experience with HubSpot

- Managing online forms, CRM tools, and campaign automation to enhance engagement.

Project & Content Management Tools

- Experience using Trello to organize marketing initiatives and track content calendars efficiently.

Knowledge of Education or Healthcare Marketing

- Familiarity with special education, therapeutic services, or school-based marketing is a plus.
