What You\'ll Do

The Marketing Coordinator for the Heavy Equipment business unit is responsible for dealer profiles with showroom images and managing all branding. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all graphic design needs for internal and small external projects under the direction of the Marketing Project Manager or Sr. Manager.

This position will work closely with other team members on all graphics for any new assets for events and trade shows, including Dealer meetings, ConExpo, and Performance Council trips. They will also be responsible for the Data Asset Management repository and will manage all requests and updates, organize content and retire old assets. This role will also update DealerNET and develop-ce.com through CMS EPiServer while monitoring accuracy and consistency throughout the sites.

ConExpo (every 3 years)

• Work with other team members for execution of smaller projects such as dealer invites, and graphics for items not currently created by outside agency.

Dealer Meeting (every 3 years)

• Event coordination and support
• Work with other team members for execution of smaller projects such as dealer invites, and graphics.

Website graphics

• Create web graphics and landing pages for DEVELON websites as needed.
• Update and revise the content on develon-ce.com and DealerNET.

Digital Marketing

• Digital updates via CMS EPiServer with direction from the agency and supervision from Marketing Manager.
• Social Media monitoring and trends analysis
• Some SM content design
• Competitive tracking and analysis

Administration

• Manage all images for DAM system, organize, maintain, and retire old assets
• Manage the dealers\' showroom and dealer profiles
• Cross-function collaboration and project support
• Ad-hoc duties or requests

Merchandise

• Assist with all creative and brand executions with the Merchandise agency and other team members.
• Maintain and manage internal merchandise inventory.

Lead Management

• Ensure leads are delivered successfully to respective dealers and District Managers while working with agency and internal systems.

Requirements:

What You\'ll Need to Be Successful

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of CRM Salesforce, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
• Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, Content Management, DAM
• Demonstrated strong project management experience
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to interact with and influence internal and external colleagues
• Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles
• Ability to determine best possible solution and communicate with others
• Capable of self-direction
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity
• Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related degree
• Experience: 1-3 years
• Travel: 10%
