A look at your day-to-day

A Marketing & Digital Manager is responsible to develop effective awareness campaigns to communicate the ExtremeMist(TM) brand story, capture overall learnings and provide project management to achieve growth of the business. This role reports to the COO and additional responsibilities include:

Manage Amazon FBA Account, including listing descriptions, A+ content, key word management, and campaign initiation and management. Organic social media management - content creation and curation, consistent and responsive engagement across the channels. Track, manage, and support influencers and affiliates (as the programs grow) Paid ad creation and management (Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel, and Google Ads) Constantly analyze what's working and what isn't (need to be able to accurately read and analyze data, and use it to drive decision making), pivot when necessary Collateral design concepts/ general layout and copy writing Project management (with outside freelancers, vendors, etc.) Manage all digital assets, know what we have and what we need at all times (and keep it organized in google drive) Plan, organize, and help direct photo and video shoots Customer communications, vendor communications, freelancer communications in a timely manner Identify and facilitate sales leads and opportunities (and manage them in CRM Trade shows -help identify, organize.

BS degree in business, marketing or related field required Passion for outdoor activities a plus 3+ years marketing experience (social/digital or marketing/business)

Full Time Position:

Salary (Depending on experience) Paid Time Off Shared health ins. Flexibility to shift hours to support a weekend or evening event as needed In-Office Position - located in North Scottsdale Must have available transportation to participate in events as requested No relocation is available for this position. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
