Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $160,000.00

Position: Marketing Graduate Program

Employment type: Full-time

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Location: San Leandro, CA

As a Marketing Graduate, you will:

• Join our rotational program designed to give you a great insight into the Marketing function at AVEVA. You will experience working in different teams across Marketing with rotations in Events, Brand & Communications, Regional Enterprise Marketing teams. Each of these will enable you to build your skills effectively and to create a strong network.
• You will build your knowledge of AVEVA through working with internal customers such as the Sales, Partner and Customer Success functions and with our external customers across a diverse portfolio.
• You will be supported to gain the relevant professional development to support your work and will be part of our AVEVA graduate development program. You will be part of the AVEVA graduate community and have the opportunity to take part in Action for Good Days and company wide business projects.

We're looking for:

• We are open to applications from curious learners from a wide range of marketing disciplines in business and marketing, including but not exclusively any sub disciplines of marketing, such as digital marketing, PR and communications, web or graphic design, content marketing and any equivalent.
• The ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally and in written form.
• An eagerness to accept and expand upon skills and knowledge based on feedback.
• A self-motivated person with a knack for time management.
