Job Description


Join our team at Red Rock, we are now hiring a Marketing Manager!

The Marketing Manager is responsible for staying informed about industry trends and assisting with client meetings, helping upkeep the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media sites, completing walk throughs and assisting with any other client related matters.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop strategy and maintain social media accounts \xe2\x80\x93 Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, etc. Capture content to be used for social posts/ads.
  • Maintain Google Business and Yelp profiles. Create strategies to boost visibility and respond appropriately to guest reviews.
  • General maintenance of website content \xe2\x80\x93 photos, menus, events.
  • Manage all print orders (Business Cards, Check Inserts, Drink Tickets, Commitment Envelopes, Gift Card Holders, etc.)
  • Sourcing and design of branded/promotional items, as needed.
  • Produce content for on-premise advertising within the venue
  • Track Marketing spends and reconcile monthly against the budget.
  • Understand digital and social ad campaigns, as they relate to overall marketing strategy.
  • Maintain schedule & produce artwork for digital billboards.
  • Plan and execute on-site photo shoots. Distribute photo and video content.
  • Coordinate and manage design projects with third-party Graphic Designers. Ability to make minor edits within design software is a plus.
  • Curate overall marketing calendar with schedule of events and other impactful happenings within the hotel and surrounding area.
  • Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
  • Anticipates and accommodates needs of guests while providing professional and exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Updates knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
  • Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
  • Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all employees.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 2-years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Marketing Coordinator/Manager.
  • Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), social media, technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen.
  • Vast product knowledge.
  • Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
