We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager with our industry-leading client in NYC.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $48 - $53 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of relevant product stories that connect BNY Mellon Investment Managements products with client needs - across channels in North America.
• Collaborate with sales team on marketing strategy and plans for building the Investment Management brand within the North America market
• Partner closely with all areas of marketing to develop campaign marketing and servicing materials, playing the lead role in defining the messaging and tactical approach
• Support client acquisition and retention programs using traditional and digital media, as warranted, with a clear focus on ROI (Return on Investment)
• Partner with PR Communications team to support promote our product offerings from a media perspective
• Track and understand impact of activities deployed
• Track competitors, speak and present to trends, best in class, client needs and opportunities
• Work independently, yet collaboratively, to develop scalable pitch and product support materials
• Understand the big picture and look for ways to align tactical needs with strategic focus
• Support broader field marketing initiatives, looking for ways to optimize effort

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree, or the equivalent of work experience required
• 5+ years of asset management experience
• Significant experience in investment product marketing/communication role working with senior investment professionals and product teams
• Demonstrated track record of success in executing strategic communications plans, including:
• Creative development of a wide range of prospecting and servicing marketing materials (e.g., sales presentation pitch books)
• Excellent writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write for primarily b2b and b2c audience.
• Write for a variety of mediums (e.g., print, digital, social) to ensure effective, consistent messaging and branding
• Management of compliance process and coordination to ensure all materials adhere to established policies and procedures as set forth by BNY Mellon Investment Management Legal and Compliance Departments
• Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated skills in establishing and driving complex projects from inception through to completion
• Effective interpersonal skills, proficiency at prioritization, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, and operate under tight deadlines
• Adaptable to changing priorities, new requests, innovative approaches to marketing strategy and execution and working under tight deadlines
• Experience working with cross-functional and multi-channel teams (e.g., sales/marketing, ETF business lead, legal and compliance).

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
