The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of paid digital marketing plans, and CRM including the delivery of guest retention and acquisition objectives for assigned Monro brands and geographic regions. Key resource for in bound leads management, calls and appointments. Focus also includes Mix Media Modeling and Marketing analytics. Responsible for identifying key insights to help drive business decision making around marketing spend, category, customer segments, and strategic initiatives. Also provides supplemental support for Reputation management and local listings.
**This role offers a hybrid schedule**
**Compensation: Salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level.++
