\xe2\x96\xb6 About This Opportunity
Responsibilities

As 7-Eleven continues to raise the bar on creative advertising, the organization is seeking an experienced project
manager to lead planning, briefing, and overall project management for 7-Eleven\'s in-house creative agency, n-House,
supporting creative asset creation for all lines of business.

This team member will be responsible for shepherding all projects through the full creative process, from project intake
and briefing through to approvals and asset hand off, and will ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
while keeping stakeholders apprised of project process. The project manager will also ensure that briefs are complete
and provide the information needed to drive strategic and effective creative development.
The project manager will liaise with brand, merchandising, and operations teams, as needed, to ensure that all details
are correct and the creative team has the original product image assets they need to provide the most up-to-date
creative. This role will also oversee the digital asset management tool that houses all creative assets to ensure team
members have on-demand access to both original and production assets.

This role will also support the Director of the n-House team with budget management and measurement reporting
responsibilities.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Organize, attend, and help facilitate creative project kickoffs
  • Develop project timelines and provide routine project status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely, accurate execution of project deliverables, proactively monitoring work in progress and
trafficking completed work * Liaise between various stakeholders and team members to facilitate smooth, timely communication - identify

and escalate concerns regarding project scope, team capacity, and timing and budget, as needed. * Manage digital assets to ensure correct assets are used and outdated assets are decommissioned.
  • Routinely identify and recommend opportunities to improve project workflow
  • Evaluate completed projects and facilitate close process; debrief stakeholders as applicable
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Education: 4 yr degree/Bachelors

Years of Relevant Experience: 5+years

Years of Management Experience: NA

Specific Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an in-house marketing team or agency setting
  • Proven experience upholding brand standards and project guidelines
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects while adhering to quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and across a variety of functions and team members
  • Strong organizaitonal skills and an eye for find detail
  • Penchant for proactive problem solving
  • Working knowledge of project workflow tools, ideally Workfront
