Why do we need you ?This is a hybrid position located in Malvern, PAThis opportunity will be located in our Malvern, PA headquarters for a Marketing Project Manager of Residential Roofing in our CertainTeed Roofing Products organization. This individual will need to have strong interpersonal skills and be results driven strategic thinker. This position will have daily interface with the product management team reporting to the Product Marketing Manager. He/she will have frequent interaction with the Corporate Marketing team, Exterior Sales, Purchasing, and outside support organizations. This position will help drive the success of our residential portfolio and help to develop the CertainTeed brand in the roofing space.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations.\xc2\xb7 Develop project plans, timelines, and budget.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the creation of various types of content such as blog posts, contractor & homeowner testimonials, videos, and more.\xc2\xb7 Track project expenditures and ensure projects stay within budget.\xc2\xb7 Manage public relations efforts, ensuring effective communication strategies that enhance brand reputation and engage with target audience.\xc2\xb7 Generate regular reports on project progress, budget, and ROI.\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of content that aligns with product launches, marketing campaigns, and industry events.\xc2\xb7 Work with the central marketing team to distribute content through appropriate channels (social media, email newsletters, website, etc.) to reach the target audience effectively.\xc2\xb7 Provide input via creative brief and product positioning messaging to support sales collateral development, production and management - including literature, samples, merchandising collateral, displays, webpages, advertising, PR and social media.\xc2\xb7 Help build strategic plan for product portfolio and participate in annual rationalization process.\xc2\xb7 Participate and travel to trade shows, customer events, educational seminars and additional activities in support of the roofing business.\xc2\xb7 Alongside the Product Marketing Manager, present the marketing strategy to key stakeholders including executives, product managers, and sales teams.\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple projects of varied importance to the promised deliverable results.Is this job for you ?\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree required\xc2\xb7 3-5 years of marketing experience\xc2\xb7 Experience in public relations and media planning preferred.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated capability in planning, organizing, integrating, and measuring projects and programs.\xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to work effectively and positively with all organizational levels, be proactive and an innovator.\xc2\xb7 Flexible, able to handle multiple projects at the same time.\xc2\xb7 Strong problem solving and computer skills with the ability to work effectively and positively within all organizational levels.\xc2\xb7 Required to be an excellent writer and communicator and have the flexibility to travel 10-15% of the timeA team ready to welcome youWe provide unique options to fit your unique lives!
