Volt is immediately hiring for Marketing Specialist - Project Management in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania 15219

As a Marketing Specialist - Project Management you will:

• Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
• Process requests, host kick-off calls, set up workflows and monitor deadlines to oversee projects for the marketing and sales organizations.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring the team has the information needed to complete projects.
• Responsible for weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly reporting on project status, timelines, and deliverables, among other items.
• Support users with training, dashboards, and reports, as needed.
• Support the specific marketing project needs at a national, regional, and local level.
• Apply continuous improvement processes to continually identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• (Required Experience/Indicate # of Years) 1 to 3 years required, 5 years preferred of project management experience.

• Proficiency with project management software (Wrike preferred)
• Deadline forecasting and management.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized and detail oriented, with a customer-centric focus and commitment to quality.
• Able to spot new and evaluate existing process and technology opportunities, including the ability to ask good questions, look beyond the obvious, and see the \xe2\x80\x9cbig picture.\xe2\x80\x9d
• Strong creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and entrepreneurial drive; able to work with autonomy and self-direction.
• Able to influence others through effective negotiation techniques and strong interpersonal skills, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
• Able to manage conflict and ambiguous situations through excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation and the ability to make sound decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, and judgment.
• Able to utilize effective time-management skills and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates high levels of integrity and ethics that allow for high levels of intra- and inter-departmental trust.
• Knowledge of industry, including suppliers, customers, competition, trends in Project Management and client\xe2\x80\x99s business lines, strengths and challenges is a plus.
• PMP certification a plus.

Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00/hr

Duration: 3 months
