All Shifts Needed:

Friday: 9am-6pm or 9am-9pm

Saturday: 9am-6pm or 9am-9pm

Sunday: 9am-6pm or 9am-9pm

Monday: 2pm-9pm

Choose your compensation structure:

(1) Commission based salon (percentages after approx. $5 backbar deducted) - 40% commission base, 45% commission when $1,100+ or more in sales, 50% commission when $1,600+ or more in sales. Commission is determined based on your sales each week.

(2) Hourly stylist - $12/hour

(3) Hourly stylist, 40 hours/week - $12/hour paid for 40 hours so guaranteed $480/week but work a set schedule whether appointments or not. This allows for getting walk-ins and you serve as salon assistant during down time and also passing out flyers to promote. This only available for 1 month from your start date, so you have a month to start building up your clientele.

Most braiders take home $450 to $900 per week, but some make even more!

Master braiders only. Must do very neat and consistent size braids.
