This comprehensive program immerses you in training, studying, and shadowing opportunities across all departments, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.

Internship Details:

Initial Training Phase:

The first 90 days of the program are devoted entirely to intensive training, studying, and shadowing across all departments. During this training phase, no monetary stipend is provided, as the focus is on building your skills and professional foundation.

Transition to Compensated Internship:

Upon successful completion of the training phase, you will transition into a compensated role at $15 per hour, with payments issued bi-weekly.

Supervision & Documentation:

Participate in weekly one-on-one supervision sessions with a designated Clinical Supervisor. Gain practical experience using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for accurate documentation and compliance.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited Master's program in Clinical Counseling or Social Work. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. An eagerness to learn and actively engage in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
