Ask what Flex@Allegro can mean for you.SUMMARYEnsure timely and complete delivery of products to customers, aligning production plans and buffer stock strategies with Sales, Business Units (BU), and Strategic Marketing. Manage the Master Production Scheduling (MPS) in the MRP system for execution by the Supply Chain Work Center and commit to customer orders. Facilitate cross-team coordination to achieve delivery satisfaction and optimize corporate revenue.RESPONSIBILITIESCommit to reliable customer order fulfillment within 24 hours post-order release.Attain Finished Goods production planning to meet initial customer order commitments.Balance customer delivery timeliness with inventory management, collaborating with the factory planning team for MPS adherence, factory efficiency, and scheduling.Maintain a feasible MPS in the MRP system to meet all customer demands.Partner with BUs to strategize and review buffer stock; manage strategic inventory buffer targets in the MRP system for supply chain execution.Understand Supply Chain limitations and coordinate efforts to utilize all resources, escalating for solutions to supply discrepancies.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSBA/BS in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.Over 5 years of experience in materials management or production planning, semiconductor industry experience a plus.Proficient in coordinating multi-functional teams, with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and data quality.
