Join our team at BeeSmart Realty as a Material Handler, where your meticulous attention to detail and reliability will be instrumental in supporting our daily office operations and facilitating various tasks related to materials management. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, meticulously verifying quantities and quality against packing lists or purchase orders.
- Unpack and inspect items for damage or defects, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain organized inventory storage areas, ensuring materials are securely and neatly stored.
- Assist in assembling and packaging marketing materials like flyers, brochures, and promotional items.
- Prepare outgoing shipments with meticulous attention to proper packaging and labeling.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any order discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate supply reorder when necessary to maintain adequate stock.
- Support office maintenance duties including restocking breakroom supplies, waste disposal, and common area upkeep.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols to mitigate workplace accidents or injuries.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Proficiency in basic office equipment usage, including computers, printers, and copiers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
