Responsibilities You'll Love:
Complete and oversee MDS assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Monitor documentation to support reimbursement and regulatory requirements Stay up to date with federal and state regulations affecting MDS and RAI processes

Active RN license in Delaware Prior experience in MDS coordination and knowledge of RAI process Strong attention to detail and understanding of reimbursement guidelines Excellent communication and organizational skills
