MDS COORDINATOR - Cottonwood Care Center, Laramie Wyoming
FUNCTION: Overall coordination of the facility Medicare Program, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS) and care planning processes.
QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A licensed registered nurse with health care experience in an acute or long-term care setting preferred.
- The MDS/Medicare Coordinator activities may be carried out by an LPN/LVN under the direction/supervision of an RN.
- Current unrestricted state license to practice as a nurse.
- Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
- Pay Rate - RN - $33.00 - $41.80 Hr. DOE
- Pay Rate - LPN - $27.00 - $34.20 Hr. DOE
