Description:The Williams/Circle Pines KOA is an outdoor campground destination looking for enthusiastic people to join our outdoor guest service & maintenance team. Located in beautiful Northern Arizona about an hour from the Grand Canyon, we are a year round park offering camping in RVs, Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, tents & Teepees. We want to talk to you!WORKING HOURS & RATES\xc2\xb7 The working hours for this position can be Monday through Sunday 7am-10pm with high activity on weekends and holidays\xc2\xb7 $15/hour and up depending on your experience\xc2\xb7 Successful applicants can expect between 15-40 hours per week depending on the occupancy of the park\xc2\xb7 This position is seasonal May 1 - October 31st. Ideally candidates are available for the entire season, but if not applicants available for at least 3 months will be considered\xc2\xb7 Accommodation options available at a nominal fee for employees who meet minimum weekly work hours. More information on accommodation to be discussed during the interview process for interested applicants.RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Ensures customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy\xc2\xb7 Help to ensure the safety of guest and campground property with attentive observation and action\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with office staff for problem resolution when available\xc2\xb7 Help enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with goals of park\xc2\xb7 Proactive approach to the daily repair and maintenance of Go Karts, golf carts, tractors & other small engines and equipment at the campground\xc2\xb7 Solve problems effectively and efficiently.\xc2\xb7 Complete projects and repairs in a timely manor\xc2\xb7 Train riders on proper safety and use of Go Karts\xc2\xb7 Follow proper opening and closing procedures for track\xc2\xb7 Assist with track maintenance\xc2\xb7 Light landscaping and janitorial duties in track area\xc2\xb7 Complete various duties as assigned by manager which can include but are not limited to: light janitorial duties, assisting other departments in completion of tasks, overall support in daily performance of the campground. Requirements:

• Have an intermediate knowledge and skill with a variety of tools and equipment
• Ability and knowledge to perform small repairs and maintenance on Go Karts
• Knowledge in many different areas including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation and landscaping appreciated
• Able to work with others and work independently
• Able to operate light vehicles safely on property
• Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members
• Communicate professionally and patiently
• Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, climb and dig as needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
