Medical Assistant Supervisor

to oversee medical operations and ensure smooth day-to-day clinical functions.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support medical assistants in daily operations
Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and patient care standards
Assist with patient procedures and oversee workflow efficiency
Maintain inventory and manage supply orders
Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and service quality
Collaborate with providers to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
Minimum *in a medical setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a weight loss or wellness clinic is a plus!*
