Clinic Schedule: M-F from 7:30 AM - 4 PM
No weekends or holidays!
Medical Assistant/Receptionist Overview:
- Busy, fun and well-established Orthopedics clinic looking for someone who wants to grow with us! We strive to excel in meeting gaps in patient care.
- Responsibilities for the MA/MR includes:
- Greets and appropriately directs patients via phone calls or direct contact.
- Maintains waiting room.
- Performs front office duties as needed.
- Assists with all aspects of patient care as directed by nurses and physicians.
- Maintains examination rooms.
- Calls pharmacy with prescriptions, and patients with test results.
Qualifications:
Medical Asst-Receptionist I
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least one year of experience.
Medical Asst-Receptionist II
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: AND two years\' experience or 4 years comparable experience within medical office.
